This Privacy Policy explains how Design Technology Ltd (trading as Transcom Internet Services and Transcom Dropcatch; "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our domain dropcatching platform at transcom.uk and our Windows / Microsoft Store application Dropcatch.

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where applicable to non-UK users, we also operate consistently with the EU GDPR.

We do not collect financial card details. All payments are processed by PayPal, who acts as a separate data controller for that transaction. We never see your card number.

All platform data is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom and operated by us directly. We do not use any third-party cloud storage providers for personal data.

Some operational services (e.g. PayPal payment processing) may route data outside the UK; in those cases we rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
